Putter Odyssey Ai-DUAL Square 2 Square MAX 1/2 Ball Cruiser
The Ai-DUAL Square 2 Square MAX 1/2 Ball Cruiser incorporates Odyssey's revolutionary alignment technology with a half-ball design that frames the ball to facilitate more accurate aiming and more focused impact.
Thanks to the Ai-DUAL insert, it delivers consistent ball speed across the entire face and optimized forward roll, making it the most stable putter in the line. Its zero-torque design keeps the face perpendicular to the trajectory throughout the stroke.
The Cruiser version features a longer, heavier configuration, providing greater stability and control.
Technologies
1/2 Ball Alignment
The ½ ball design visually frames the golf ball, helping to center impacts and improve alignment on every putt.
Ai-DUAL Insert
Developed through artificial intelligence, this dual-layer insert combines:
Soft urethane outer layer for better feel.
Firm inner layer for consistent speed across the entire face.
Improved forward roll, even at high or low impacts on the face.
New FRD groove
Deeper, more aggressive forward rolling groove design.
With a 19° slope, it works together with the dual-layer insert to improve forward roll across the entire impact surface.
Modern design with center shaft
The shaft sits just above the plane of the center of gravity, creating a putter that rests with the tip up (90° up).
This design promotes a squarer face throughout the stroke.
Cruise Grip (17)
Longer grip that allows the player to adjust hand placement according to posture and preference.
SL 140 Black Shafts
Cruiser specific configuration with:
SL 140 shaft.

As any player knows well, the importance of the putter in the final result of the game is vital, therefore our first advice is that when you go to acquire a putter take all the time in the world when selecting it.
The putter is something very personal, but perhaps the following tips can guide you in something
- Check that the entire base of the putter sits on the ground, if it does then the club fits you
- Check the tempo of your swing. As a general guideline, those with a less rhythmic swing will need a heavier head, while players with a rhythmic swing will use lighter heads
- You should also take into account their physical characteristics. Generally, heavier heads will be needed for heavier players
- Select a light putter for a fast green and a heavy one on a slow green
