The Wedges Cleveland CBX Full-Face 2 feature grooves from heel to tip in the largest impact area ever seen on a Wedge CBX, so you can make the most challenging shots with confidence. The CBX Full-Face 2 are designed to provide total tolerance and total fun.
The following technologies:
- On the CBX Full-Face 2 line, loft groups 50° to 52° and 54° to 60° receive different shelling and laser patterns. Lower lofts receive a less rough blast, while higher lofts receive a rougher burst and more laser lines for more consistent spin performance in dry and wet throughout the field.
- ZIPCORE: Located in the heart of the Wedge, ZipCore is a new addition to CBX Full-Face 2. Our patented lightweight low density core technology, ZipCore, reduces vibrations while perfecting the center of gravity and increasing the MOI for a greater sense of control, consistency and forgiveness.
- ULTIZIP: UltiZip's network of sharp, deep, tightly spaced slots enhances spin characteristics for purer performance on each stroke. This series is equipped with the sharpest groove radii ever seen on a Wedge CBX, imparting more effect and more control in all your strokes.
- COMPLETE CARE PERFIL: You'll be able to pull strikes more extreme and open with a larger face size: the largest contact area ever seen on a Wedge CBX. Plus, with 13% more contact area than our RTX Full-Face, that means greater tolerance, no matter where you hit it.
- A new full sole design with a higher bounce in lofts of 50° and 52° providing a optimal tolerance at full swing blows. What. On the other hand, the C-shaped sole, which is present in lofts from 54° to 60°, has added rebound in the centre and less in the heel for increased tolerance and versatility on the green.

Guide to choose your Wedge
If you have a sharp or flat attack with the ball, live in a place with a lot of rain or the fairways where you play are very hard, the wegde is the perfect choice for your game.
Most sets of irons usually include a wedge, usually the pitch but many players want to expand their range of wedges and choose their own club. Para so you should consider the following features when making your decision
- WEDGE LOFT
- Pitch (PW): generally included in iron sets, it is the next highest loft club after the 9-iron. It usually has a loft between 46º and 50º and is used in long shots at green.
- Approach (AW): with a lighter loft between 50º-55º, they cover the existing needs between a pitch and the wedge sand.
- Arena (WA): usually used in bunker play due to their high rebound, they reach 100 yards and have a loft between 54º and 58º.
- Lob Wedge (LW): they throw the ball very high in short distances and are usually between 56º and 60º lofts although they can exceed 64º.
- REBOUND ANGLE
Here we refer to the curved part on the sole of the wedge that will allow the head to bounce out of the sand without getting caught.
The highest bounce we can find is 18º and we can conclude that the higher the bounce angle, the higher the shots.- Low bounce: perfect for shots from tight positions and thick grass conditions. The lower the bounce of the wegde, the easier it will be to shoot high and the softer the landing. They are perfect for low lofts with the pitch and are used for longer approach shots.
- Standard bounce: ideal for almost all conditions and players as they are very versatile wedges with a slightly higher angle of attack than most.
- High bounce: designed for play off the turf and sand, with a wider flange and a higher bounce angle that prevents cavation.
Para golfers with high angles are perfect for this type of wedges.
- FINISHES
In general, the wegde finish is purely aesthetic rather than functional although in the case of finishes such as matte, they do not help to reduce light reflection on the club and those with natural finishes are designed primarily to prevent corrosion.
