Wedge Cleveland RTX6 Zipcore Tour Chrome Left
Designed to achieve maximum spin performance on the golf course. Iincludes street, rough, sand and even wet conditions.
Technology
- HYDRAZIP: The HydraZip technology features a dynamic blast line and laser milling system designed to maximize spin in wet or dry conditions and from anywhere around the green
- MAX SPIN. ANY CONDITION. What. The striking areas of RTX 6 ZipCore Wedges include dynamic blast media and laser patterns specific to loft groups from 46° to 48°, 50° to 52° and 54° to 60°. Lower lofts get a less rough blow, while higher lofts get a rougher blow and more laser lines for more consistent spin performance in dry and wet throughout the field
- ZIPCORE: The patented low-density core technology places the center of gravity right where you hit the ball, giving it more consistent performance and improved tolerance. Meanwhile, by adding a large amount of high/low and heel/tip MOI to each loft of the line, you'll enjoy greater effect, consistency, feel and control
- ULTIZIPThe following: UltiZip equips RTX 6 ZipCore Wedges with a specialized sequence of deep groove lines with our more defined groove radii. Narrower grooves offer a more serious bite, while deeper grooves create space for grass, sand, dirt or water to clear the impact zone.

Guide to choose your Wedge
If you have a sharp or flat attack with the ball, live in a place with a lot of rain or the fairways where you play are very hard, the wegde is the perfect choice for your game.
Most sets of irons usually include a wedge, usually the pitch but many players want to expand their range of wedges and choose their own club. Para so you should consider the following features when making your decision
- WEDGE LOFT
- Pitch (PW): generally included in iron sets, it is the next highest loft club after the 9-iron. It usually has a loft between 46º and 50º and is used in long shots at green.
- Approach (AW): with a lighter loft between 50º-55º, they cover the existing needs between a pitch and the wedge sand.
- Arena (WA): usually used in bunker play due to their high rebound, they reach 100 yards and have a loft between 54º and 58º.
- Lob Wedge (LW): they throw the ball very high in short distances and are usually between 56º and 60º lofts although they can exceed 64º.
- REBOUND ANGLE
Here we refer to the curved part on the sole of the wedge that will allow the head to bounce out of the sand without getting caught.
The highest bounce we can find is 18º and we can conclude that the higher the bounce angle, the higher the shots.- Low bounce: perfect for shots from tight positions and thick grass conditions. The lower the bounce of the wegde, the easier it will be to shoot high and the softer the landing. They are perfect for low lofts with the pitch and are used for longer approach shots.
- Standard bounce: ideal for almost all conditions and players as they are very versatile wedges with a slightly higher angle of attack than most.
- High bounce: designed for play off the turf and sand, with a wider flange and a higher bounce angle that prevents cavation.
Para golfers with high angles are perfect for this type of wedges.
- FINISHES
In general, the wegde finish is purely aesthetic rather than functional although in the case of finishes such as matte, they do not help to reduce light reflection on the club and those with natural finishes are designed primarily to prevent corrosion.
