The HELLY TECH® Performance construction makes this a fully waterproof/breathable garment with a 2-way stretch fabric that gives you unrestricted freedom of movement. It combines PrimaLoft® insulation with ventilation zippers on the thighs, so you can retain or expel heat depending on the temperature.
