Training buoy Plastimo

Developed in collaboration with the French Tornado team, this buoy was created to train high-level teams in speed competitions or for training regattas in sailing schools. It can be used as a drift buoy or as a traditional racing buoy with the advantage of taking up little space and being very easy to place and use.

Characteristics

• Manufactured from PVC 1100 Decitex
• Intense yellow for good visibility
• Minimal drift under the action of the wind, withstands due to the ballast and an underwater surface of 52 cm
• Inflated and uninflated with 1/4 turn valve
• Easy to lift and carry thanks to its handles

The bottom handle serves to fix the anchorage cable when the buoy is used in classic regatta.
