Tokisu's carbon knife has been designed with an extraordinary cutting blade, at the height of the best Japanese knives, made of 7Cr17MoV stainless steel with CNC finishing . Its handle is designed in carbon fiber and G10 , which give it incredible resistance, durability and lightness. Easy to open using internal bearings, it has a locking system and a clip on the back.
