- Machining with hard metal stainless tools to avoid contamination of the rod material and possible rust points in machined areas.
- AISI 630 steel tempered by a special long-lasting, low-temperature process that maintains a high elastic memory with a hardness level between 44 and 46 Rockwell.
- Very strict control process (rod by rod prior to machining) to check the perfect straightness of the rod.
- AISI 301 stainless steel spring flange with a thickness of 0,8 mm. Mechanical resistance 1269 Mw/mm2 close to that of the rod itself. Pin and hole proportional to rod diameter between 2 and 2,5 mm. Finished completely tinted to avoid glare. Length in proportion to the rod; 55 mm for 90 to 120 cm and 70 mm for 130 to 150 cm. Inserted into the rod with a minimum reduction in the area near the pin to avoid reducing tip resistance and maximize hydrodynamics. Toric closure of the serial fin (red).
- Reinforced howitzer casing with curved radius machining that makes it almost impossible to break the rod through this traditionally weak point. Multi-purpose design for metal and Dyneema howitzers. Its design, combined with the parameters used for the tempering, achieve an extraordinary resistance to breakage in the direction of opening the notch of 190 Nw and 40o angle.
