Calculate the amount of lead required
One of the main problems arises when calculating the amount of lead that each one needs.
Para there is a relatively simple rule:
Estimate 1 kilo of lead for every 10 kilos of our body.Keep in mind that to our weight we must add the buoyancy that gives us each particular suit, usually this means between 2 and 3 kilos more.
